We had a mixed experience at the hotel. The water park was a hit with the kids, especially the lazy river, and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. However, the room condition left much to be desired, with issues such as a broken microwave and an unpleasant smell. Dining options were limited, and some amenities, such as certain pools, were under maintenance during our stay, which was disappointing for a family trip.
